The Online Service Request system allows visitors to request information and submit requests for service in the Town of Clover system.  This request system covers most of our town departments and services as indicated below. To enter a new request, please fill out the form below.

A SR (Service Request) Number is assigned to each new service request. Using this SR number, the requestor can check back on the website at any time to view the current status of their request. Please know that you will receive confirmation via email of your request when it has been submitted as well as completed.  All requests will be routed to the appropriate city department for the fastest possible action

NOTE: Requests entered after hours will be received by town staff by 8:30 a.m. the next business day.
