Clover School
District
At a time when the transition from high school to college or
full-time employment is increasingly challenging, being
educationally prepared is critical. The Town of Clover provides
students with top-of-the-line facilities and programs to make sure
they get the best possible education.
In the fall of 2002,
construction was completed on the Applied Technology Center, where
students can take extra, highly specialized courses that increase
their opportunity for success after high school.
Clover has also recently combined with the neighboring
communities of York and Fort Mill to enhance the adult education
program. The new plan provides high school completion and GED
programs as well as expanded course offerings, including elementary
Spanish and computer applications.
Continuing efforts to attract businesses and industries with
high-paying jobs will work to raise educational levels and increase
support for the school system.
There are five elementary schools, three post-elementary schools
and one high school serving the Clover School District. Bus
transportation is provided for all students living more than a
mile and a half from their zoned school. All busses have the
capability to video tape the behavior and activity of students and
drivers. To view the Clover School District offerings, please
